With the Neuroactivity, you have a unique opportunity to explore your inner world in an unbiased, data-driven way. With GoBe3 you are able to see how the events of your day affect the activity of your nervous system to avoid overstrain.

You can just select the GoBe’s Neuroactivity screen before some challenging task or difficult meeting to check your state at a glance. Look at the smart band screen and, if GoBe determines Tension or Overload, take a break. This way, you won’t let your nervous system get into a state when it’s using up resources. GoBe also lets you know when you have calmed down and are ready for the challenge again. Monitor your condition and the trend of your nervous system’s activity on the screen, analyze your Neuroactivity reports in the app to find your own conscious approach to nervous system load.

Thanks to HEALBE physiological model, GoBe3 is able to assess your body’s stress levels based on a sum of factors, including time zone changes. The smart band displays how intensely you use up your body’s resources as Stress levels. It also shows how much excessive stress your body experiences as Accumulated stress. For example, this feature can help you determine how your body is coping with recovering from a sleepless night, a workout at a gym, or a challenging day at work.

The function also helps you evaluate stress over a long period of time — a few days or an entire week. Find out how much stress levels increase during different activities and how an overload accumulates in your body using the HEALBE app stress reports. Check the Stress section of the app and keep an eye on your Accumulated stress score by the end of the day. If you notice that you have several hours of Accumulated stress every day and this number is increasing, it means that your body is not fully recovering in time and you should reconsider your schedule and workload.
